INGAPAN attended to the 30 Edition of Gourmet Trade Show that was celebrated in IFEMA between the 4th and the 7th of April of 2016. It is a very important event in the hostelry sector in which more than 80.000 visitors attend to see the almost 1400 exhibitors who occupy the 22.128 square meters of exhibition surface.
In this edition INGAPAN presented its products in an impressive stand of 36 m2 equipped to elaborate showcookings in which the recognized chef Héctor Lopez gave full rein to creations elaborated with products of the different brands of the group.
It is a meeting point for manufacturers and consumers of high quality agro alimentary products. Its first edition was in 1987 and nowadays is considered as a show trade of reference in the sector of the European high quality gastronomy.
We attended to this event under the Slogan “There are things that are better together” with the following brands of the Group:
Chousa: Frozen dough supplier. It is a specialist in clean label Artisan Bread (Galician Bread), Galician “Empanada”, small pies and patisserie. Deep frozen products for the traditional distribution channel, HORECA and large scale distribution
Koama: Frozen ready meals supplier. Deep Frozen “haute cuisine” for the HORECA channel.
