INGAPAN attends the 31st edition of the “Gourmets Trade Show” that takes place between the 24th and the 27th of April 2017 in the IFEMA, Madrid. This event is an obligated appointment in which we are going to present the novelties of our brands, CHOUSA and KOAMA. INGAPAN has been attending this event since many editions ago harvesting success in every participation. This event gathers more than 80.000 professional visitors and exhibits 35.000 products from the almost 1400 national and international exhibitors who share the 22.128 square meters of exposition. This is a show that covers all the activities related to the world of food (manufacturers, distributors, restaurants, commerce, catering …)

We attended to this event with the following Group’s brands:

Chousa: Frozen dough supplier. It is a specialist in clean label Artisan Bread (Galician Bread), Galician “Empanada”, small pies and patisserie. Deep frozen products for the traditional distribution channel, HORECA and large scale distribution  


Koama: Frozen ready meals supplier. Deep Frozen “haute cuisine” for the HORECA channel.
