Ingapan Corporation has recently confirmed its participation in this trade fair. A leading event in Spain and in the Mediterranean area, that it’s an unavoidable event for professionals in the food and beverage sector.

After the success obtained in 2016, Ingapan prepares itself for ALIMENTARIA 2018. It will take advantage of this occasion to present the novelties of all its brands. Every two years, ALIMENTARIA offers the opportunity to discover tendencies, do international business and live extraordinary gastronomic experiences. In its last edition were more than 3900 companies exhibited in this trade fair and in which more than 140000 visitors from 157 countries have met.

The Galician company begins with the preparations for the event that will take place from April 16th  to April 19th 2018 in the Recinto Gran Vía where it will present its products:

Chousa: Supplier of frozen doughs. Specialist in clean label artisan bread (Galician Bread), Galician pies, small pies and patisserie. Deep frozen products for the traditional channel, food service and large distribution.

Koama: Supplier of frozen ready meals. High quality frozen meals for the foodservice.

Kentes: Supplier of frozen doughs. Fast food elaborated with Galician bread.  Artisan pizzas, rodados (round sandwiches)… deep frozen products for the foodservice professional
